Murky goings-on in the advertising world

I am delighted that the latest novel by Alex Pearl has been published.
In the murder mystery A Brand to Die for, it’s 1983 and an advertising copywriter teams up with a senior colleague in an advertising agency to investigate a baffling murder.
They are an unlikely duo, but their mischievous and sardonic take on the world makes them a brilliant creative team and, with the police baffled, they take it upon themselves to apply their creative brains to solve the mystery.
You can find out more, and buy the book in e-book, paperback or hardcover format on Amazon at
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Brand-Die-Alex-Pearl/dp/B0B5KXGP42/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=alex+pearl+a+brand+to+die+for&qid=1657876807&sr=8-1
Alex's first novel, Sleeping with the Blackbirds, a darkly comic urban fantasy for children, was longlisted by the Millenium Book Awards 2018 and selected by the Indie Author Project in 2019 for distribution to public libraries across the US and Canada.
His thriller, The Chair Man, set in London following the terrorist attack in 2005 was published in 2019 and was a finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards 2021.

It’s not as simple as the old crime writers adage that if you want to inject momentum into…See More
