A book signing due to be held by author John Dean as part of Kirkcudbright Book Week has been expanded to include fellow crime writer Ryan Stark.
John, who lives in Dumfries and Galloway, will sign paperback copies of his recently-published novel The Meek Shall Inherit (The Book Folks), which will be available to purchase during the event at Feast Café, 32 St Cuthbert Street, Kirkcudbright, between 10am-Noon on Tuesday March 4.
The 25th crime novel that John has had published, the novel is the latest title in his series best-selling featuring Detective Chief Inspector John Blizzard.
Ryan Stark, who will travel up from the English Midlands on a return visit to take part in Kirkcudbright Book Week, will sign paperback copies of his latest crime novel An Invisible Murder (Fuldean Press).
An Invisible Murder is the fourth book in the top-selling Daley & Whetstone Crime series, available in eBook and paperback formats, and asks how far will people go to keep the secret hidden as Chief Inspector Scott Daley and Sergeant Deborah Whetstone race against time to uncover the truth behind a devastating gas explosion.
The event does not require tickets.
